Ondine Chef Proprietor Roy Brett said: “Being in this industry for 30 years, I’m lucky to have developed great friendships with some truly exceptional people along the way. Dan Doherty is one such person and we couldn’t be more pleased to have him as an honorary Ondine cast member.
“Duck & Waffle has managed to create witty yet fun cooking, which excites London 24 hours a day. We feel very privileged to have Dan here working in our kitchen and look forward to putting his talent to the test with our Scottish customers!”
